Perfect for adding an exotic flavour to your fruit punches and cocktails this Monin Lychee Syrup can also be used to flavour sodas and lemonades.
Thanks to its incredible versatility this syrup is suitable for use in commercial setting such as cocktail bars, clubs and pubs as well as use at home for trying your hand at creating unusual cocktails. It features a floral and fruity aroma and leaves a subtle citrus taste on the tongue.
Ideal for creating a Lychee Iced Tea; mix 30ml of Lychee syrup with 90ml of black tea. Mix together, top with soda water and garnish with lemon.

"Delicious! I use these syrups in my bubble tea, i mix it with cool jasmine tea and lots of ice! Really great quality syrups This syrup is abit ''perfume'' like, i tend to mix it with orange to help with theflavour, but it adds a really nice lychee hint"

Great for lychee lovers, but not the most versatile syrup
"Okay, so let's assume that you enjoy the taste of lychee - if not then this isn't the syrup for you as Monin have managed to capture a super strong flavour here. I have used it in a lychee Latte, which was interesting but not an everyday drink; in some homemade fudge, which again was interesting to try but not great enough to do again; and over some vanilla ice cream which was delicious. I'm giving this 3/5 simply because it???s a very strong, niche flavour and as such it doesn't lend itself to loads of things unless you are a big fan of lychees."
