We rely on a third party (our couriers) to delivery our parcels. Therefore, we are unable to guarantee delivery services.
However, over 98.5% of deliveries are achieved on time.
European Delivery Update
We can now ship directly to businesses in Europe with a valid VAT and EORI number. Please contact Customer Support or Sales to supply your VAT and EORI number to allow us to verify your account. Once verified, you can place orders online for European dispatch.

Knowledge BaseTrack Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched you will be able to track it using your courier's app, all you need is your tracking number.
If you do not have the tracking number, you can find it in the My Account section of our website once you have logged in.
Pallet deliveries may be tracked via the telephone. Enter the tracking number associated to your order. If you do not have the tracking number, you can find it in the My Account section of our website once you have logged in.
Should you require further information than seen on the websites above, then please contact us. We may have to contact DHL/Evri/DPD directly regarding your enquiry. Please be aware it can take up to 48 hours to receive a response from them.
