"You're doing things right. Good site design - all the important stuff is obvious. Big clear search box. Prominent phone number, which is rare and lovely. Current location and shopping cart highlighted in orange. Everything navigable as well as searchable. (The right hand sidebar is kind of overwhelming, though. It sort of shouts at you while the rest of the site talks politely. Don't like that so much.) Good products, by the looks of things. My square whiskey glasses are very nice indeed. Hard to find anywhere else, too. Good delivery. Arrived sooner than expected, very safely packaged up. Good customer contact. The courtesy email is a nice touch. I like you guys."

I would have preferred to order online but the site does not show clearly how to order a specific colour, or, in my case, equal number of packs in red and blue. For bridge players two packs are used and these should be in contrasting colours. However, for price and service I couldn't do better."
