"Very quick delivery. Only just used product as it was a Barbeque (Grilletto Son of Hibachi) bought as Christmas present. Had a hitch with it, and was dealt with very well. It might be worth advising customers that although it says on box use briquettes, this barby works much better with charcoal. As we found briquets took ages to light and it is supposed to be ready in 10 mins. With charcoal it works perfectly. Would definitely buy from you again, was dealt with very politely when I phoned with lighting problem. I think it was Emma who said to call again if we still had any issues. But all was resolved.
