"Some of the carafes delivered were broken and only a couple survived intact. Not the end of the world though. On telephoning to report the breakages I received good and prompt help. And the promise to eventually replace the items once new stock arrived. As I was not in a hurry for the items I am prepared to wait. Therefore I can't really complain. Yes I would use the firm again though packaging might be given a priority!!"

"I absolutely love the cocktail glasses I ordered. I have been asked by everyone that has seen them where they are from and I have told them. They were really amazed by the price too. I kept half the glasses for myself and half for a house warming present, and the girl I got them for had a cocktail party a week later so clearly I think she must have loved them too!! The only thing I was a bit disappointed with was the delivery as 4 of the glasses came really quick and the remaining glasses arrived almost a fortnight later. I wasn't so much bothered about having to wait I just thought it would have been better if I had been informed."

"Delivery prompt and goods as expected but spoiled by the delivery driver being rude and impatient when request made to check contents of delivery (a sealed box). Along the lines of 'I only deliver boxes mate - you sign for the box, I'll go, and you do whatever you like with it.'"

"I was pleased with the overall service after receiving my poker table top on the day specified, and this was clarified by an email I received by supplier. On opening the package I discovered damage to one of the chip holders and contacted Drinkstuff by email. They responded and then dispatched a replacement chip holder within a couple of days. I would definitely use this service again and have recommended to friends due to the selection of products and service delivery."

"I bought an ice crusher and a cocktail book as presents. The service was very quick and they arrived within a couple of days. However, the box of the ice crusher was very badly damaged - disappointing for a present! Also, the spine of the book was dented. If they had been for myself I wouldn't have minded but as a gift it was not up to standard. Sorry."

The only thing I was disappointed in was the fact I found you through Quidco and went through them but then didn't get any cash back?? There is no point in being with them if you don't reward your customers! That was what gave you the edge over other companies so for future buying you now don't have that!"

"The Regal Mahogany Bar arrived via courier in several cartons on a pallet. We started to build the bar (quite easy with 2 people), and it was when we unpacked the most important piece, the bar top, that we found a huge crack running from one corner to the edge! Rang Drinkstuff, who were very helpful and they agreed to send out a replacement asap. Top number 2 arrived via a different courier and lo and behold the same problem! It was obvious why it had happened; the bar top is very long and overhangs the pallet by some 2 foot either end. As the pallet is put down the 2 ends flex and the laminate cracks. Back on the phone to Drinkstuff and they agree to send out a 3rd top, but promise to inspect it before dispatch and improve on the packaging. Top 3 arrived promptly (packed the same as the previous two) and with no crack, but 2 horrible dents in the moulding! I have decided to live with this damage, as I can't afford to wait in yet another day for delivery but someone needs to look at the way this item is packed as its too easy to damage in transit. The bar is great if you manage to get a good one."

Thought after sales was pretty poor as the pump broke within a few days of having it and all the help I got from your company was to ring the help line of the company! "I recently ordered some shot glasses, freeflow pourers and the 4 bottle bar butler for a party. All items arrived safely and quickly and the glasses and pourers were great value for money. On the down side, none of the LED lights worked on the bar butler (on closer inspection, this seems to be because the circuits were extremely flimsy and only held together by a bit of solder which had broken off on all but one of the dispensers). As I did not have time to return the items, I used them anyway and they did the job as ordinary optics but I was disappointed by the lack of LEDs which would have made a nice addition to the party. I have ordered other items in the past though and have always been impressed so I'm hoping this disappointing product was a one-off!"

"I was slightly disappointed to be able to order a product and pay for it, for it to be delivered nearly 3 months later. I was emailed to say about the product being out of stock, but no refund option given or as a goodwill gesture a discount on the item."
