"Hello, I'm afraid I can't access your survey but I wanted to comment on the goods I ordered. I was very pleased over all however the 1/2 pint tumblers were very thin and cheap looking compared to the wine, champagne and pint glasses I ordered. I have a log cabin which is now a bar at the end of my garden (about 100ft from house). I specifically wanted non breakable glasses so that I didn't have to keep going to and from the house when friends became a little raucous and dropped glassware!!!"

I got a call a few days later from someone at your company about my order who updated me on the status of it which I thought was brilliant. I was told I'd get my hurricane glasses soon and my shot glasses in a few weeks. I was fine with this. A week (or so) went by and I received my shot glasses. No sign of the hurricane glasses. Still no sign of the glasses either. I assume things have gotten mixed up in the confusion but as I'm still waiting for the hurricane glasses will probably phone you soon enough to chase this up."

"We bought a Lazy Spa in time for my daughter's 16th birthday party. We set everything up as per the manual, filled the spa up with water and turned on. Friday morning the spa was up to temperature so I thought I would give it a try. 6 minutes into bliss and the pump packed up!! OMG - less than 24 hours before the party and no spa!! I phoned Drinkstuff - they came to the rescue - another pump was sent out for delivery Saturday morning, it arrived as promised and the party was a great success.
