Perfect ice bucket
"This is a great ice bucket - a good size for a generous amount of ice for any drink needs in the summer! It looks very nice (I bought it as a present) and seems to work well, but I'd like to mention how fantastic the customer service I received before Christmas from this company. I was just about to wrap this up to put under the tree when I noticed a small hole in the rim of the bucket, which meant the vacuum seal was broken (and so couldn't keep the ice cold). I emailed Drinkstuff with a photo of what I'd found and they immediately sent out a replacement and also arranged for the defective one to be picked up so I had no trips to the post office. I was really impressed by their effort, which gives me great confidence in ordering from them again and recommending without hesitation to others."
