Luxury Cocktail Kit. Shaken, Stirred, But Now Pleasantly Happy

"First the bad news, I ordered a Luxury Cocktail Kit as part as a 21st Birthday present and sadly, as the cardboard tube the kit arrived in, was sealed I didn't check the contents.
Well the big day arrived, the kit was opened and disappointment abounded, the Luxury Cocktail Kit wasn't there, just a shaker and strainer. No sparklers, umbrellas, dancing girls and brass bands, in fact everything went a little flat.
Now for the good news, the next day I fired off an email to drinkstuff and they immediately sorted the problem out with profuse apologies and express overnight delivery.
Before I could say 'make my martini extra dry' a replacement Luxury Cocktail Kit arrived with the contents having been doubled checked for accuracy. This time when we opened the sturdy cardboard gift tubing everything was perfect. Sparklers, umbrellas, spirit measure, jigger, shaker, recipe book, the works. In fact the quality of everything was a pleasant surprise and I've got to say an incredible bargain for the price.
In short, even though there was an initial mix up, if I was asked 'would I recommend drinkstuff to a friend?' The answer would be an immediate yes. 'And the Luxury Cocktail Kit?' Well the 21st Birthday recipient is now very happy - slightly inebriated - but definitely very happy, and convinced they're going to win the next Barman of the Year award."
