"I bought a case of 24 shot glasses. The delivery was fine and quick but 4 of the glasses were broken. Good job I didn't quite need them all!"

"I ordered the Cabernet Martini Glasses, which are very nice, reasonably priced, and perfect for what I needed. My only complaint is that Martini Glasses are obviously quite fragile, and they don't come with sufficient packaging to protect them in transit. 2 out of the 6 glasses I ordered had broken stems. Looking at the flimsy thin cardboard box they came in, I am surprised they were not all broken! Drinkstuff did replace them without any fuss, so customer service was good, but had they packaged them more safely in the first place this wouldn't have happened."

Emma has once again arranged to have replacements sent. Communications and service are good, however more care could be taken when the couriers are delivering these very fragile items. I must add I ordered 12 champagne flutes which arrived on time and in perfect condition."
