This NEW FLAVOUR will liven up YOUR Espresso Martini and MUCH MORE

Hot Honey Syrup isn't a new flavour to me, but making it this way using the combination of these two syrups is...

I've been a big fan of adding a Chilli to a Honey Syrup for years. Even to a certain extent with Food. Hot or Spicy Honey Syrups are nothing new. However, in my Cocktail world, Spiced Honey Syrup is a rarity, except maybe in the odd Margarita.

Monin's Winter Spice Syrup has been a favourite of mine for a good year; I fell in love with it the first time I tried it. It takes Spice to a different dimension, and I often use it in Tiki Cocktails. It blends Ginger, Cinnamon, Cloves, Nutmeg, and Chilli. For me, that addition of Chilli makes this Syrup good. When making Cocktails, I'd pair them with flavours like Vanilla as I liked the Spicy, Sweet thing. Then, one day, I found the Monin Honey Syrup and haven't looked back. It's fast become my favourite Syrup Combination. I never know what to call it though. Hot Honey Syrup. Spiced Honey. Winter Spiced Honey Syrup. Or even Honey Winter Spiced Syrup?!

As mentioned, this Syrup has fast become a great Tiki Syrup for me, but recently, I've found it much more universal to the point it works well in your classic Cocktails. The first of which is an Espresso Martini. But before we get there, How do you make the Winter Spiced Honey Syrup?
