Who are our carriers?
Over 90% of orders are despatched by Yodel. The remaining lighter parcels (under 1kg) will be sent by Royal Mail. Standard UK Mainland delivery is 2 to 5 working days. However, please allow a maximum of up to 14 working days. Selecting the Next Day Express service will ensure that your goods are delivered sooner. If you are unsure when your parcel will be delivered, please call us on 0845 3133352.
Some of our larger items have to be sent on a pallet - these are sent by Palletways. Please call us for delivery lead-times on 0845 3133352.

Standard Delivery
Standard delivery orders can be sent via a multitude of ways depending on weight of the parcel. We state a 2-5 days delivery to cover all eventualities. We do highly recommend this service if you are not in a rush for your parcel or you don’t mind which day the goods turn up. Should you want your goods delivered on a certain day please select the Next Day Express service.

Next Working Day Service
For our Next Working day Express service or Next Day before Midday service, all orders must be placed by 4.30pm Monday to Friday. Please note the delivery will be made on the Next Business Working day only, this excludes Bank Holidays. Please see above for the current prices. This service is trackable.
Business or Home Delivery Address
If your goods are sent out via Yodel we will highlight this to you via a text or email on dispatch. We operate two separate delivery times for the different type of customers.
- Yodel residential customers your parcel will be delivered between 8am and 9pm.
- Yodel business customers your parcel will be delivered between 8am and 6pm.

Delivery of large items
Most large units are kerbside delivery only unless by prior arrangement.
BFPO Addresses
At present, we are unable to send to BFPO addresses.
Delivery to the USA/Canada
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a delivery service to the USA or Canada.
Tracking your parcel
In order to keep track on the status of your goods, please go to www.yodel.co.uk and use the consignment number that is sent to you via email, when the goods are despatched from our warehouse.
Problems with your order
In the unlikely event you should have a problem with your order please contact us. We are unfortunately unable to guarantee delivery services, as we rely on a third party (our carrier), however, over 98.5% of deliveries are achieved on time. All deliveries are supplied with an invoice detailing all prices and products. Should you loose this, please log into your account online and print another copy.
