Featuring daring and rare new flavours, this Paragon Cordial has been created using three techniques: infusion, alcoholate (distillation) and supercritical CO2 extraction. By using these methods and the addition of gluconic acid the cordial feature a unique flavour profile that captures the essence of the Berry creating powerful and complex drinks.
Rue comes from the Ruta chalepensis plant, grown in tropical Africa and more specifically in Ethiopia where it’s used as an herb or medicinal plant.

With notes of passion fruit, jasmine and hay this cordial is perfect for adding a unique and interesting drink to your menu.

Coco Rue
Ingredients:
20ml Paragon Rue cordial
5ml MONIN Mojito Mint syrup
40ml white rum
30ml coconut water
Top with tonic water

Method:
Pour all ingredients except tonic water into a mixing glass with ice and stir for 20 sec.
Strain into a highball glass filled with clear ice cubes.
Top with tonic water.
Garnish and serve.
