"Most disappointed with the teapot. It does not pour where it is aimed and runs down the spout and causes a puddle of tea. In my opinion the spout is badly designed and the product is unusable. I am annoyed at the waste of money!!"

"I m very unhappy with this teapot. It''s impossible to pour tea into a cup/mug without tea pouring down the side of the teapot, leaving a puddle of tea all around the cup and dribbling down the spout. A lovely embroidered family table cloth has been ruined"

"This the worst teapot I have ever had. When using the teapot, the tea runs from the spout into the cup/mug and also all over the surface beneath. It has stained fabrics and necessitates mopping up from around the cup/mug every time it is used. Would certainly not recommend it."
