Inspired by sweet shop flavours, this Funkin Citric Syrup is perfect for adding a fresh sweet burst to cocktails. The flavour of this syrup is perfectly paired with flavoured vodkas, so you can make a variety of sherbet cocktails!

You can create retro style pic 'n' mix cocktails, try a Lemon Sherbet cocktail. Add lemon flavoured vodka and the Citric Syrup to a Boston glass with a bar spoon stir until the glass clouds up from the chill, remove the chilling ice and then strain into the glass.
